Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, account details, profile information, event registrations, donations, store orders, article submissions, contact form messages, and chat transcripts where you use the wellbeing or support chat tools.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate member accounts, verify identity with OTP, respond to enquiries, manage events, process orders or donations, publish approved articles, provide wellbeing support, notify counsellors, improve safeguarding workflows, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Kels AI and Anthropic Claude
Kels is currently unavailable while Seniorman completes its provider review. Separate, optional consent is required before wellbeing text is sent to Anthropic to generate an AI reply. Kels is not a clinician or emergency service.
Anthropic API inputs and outputs are ordinarily deleted within 30 days, subject to agreed alternatives, safety and legal exceptions; flagged content may be retained longer. Seniorman has not verified its applicable Anthropic agreement, processing location, coverage for health information, or a working expiry process for website transcripts. Kels AI processing remains disabled pending that review.
The consent statement planned for Kels is: “I explicitly consent to my selected health and wellbeing text being sent to Anthropic's Claude service to generate a Kels AI reply. Kels is an AI assistant, not a clinician or emergency service. I can decline AI processing and continue using other community features.”
